One fixed fee for your sale
Traditional agents often charge a percentage of the sale price. At Varihome you pay a fixed fee, whatever your home sells for.

Frequently asked questions
Why is the sale fee fixed?
The work involved in a sale does not depend on the price of the home. A fixed fee is therefore fairer than a percentage.
Are certificates included?
We request and follow up the certificates. The cost of the certificates themselves (e.g. EPC or asbestos certificate) is borne by the seller.
Are there any other costs?
No, apart from the certificates and any costs you explicitly approve in advance. Everything is set out in the brokerage agreement.
