Which data and why

• Contact and appointment forms: name, email, phone, property address and your message, to answer your request and schedule an appointment (pre-contractual measures and legitimate interest).
• Search profiles: email and search criteria, to send you new properties (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
• Instructions: data required by law, such as identification under anti-money-laundering legislation (legal obligation).

Retention

Form data is kept for at most three years after the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law (for example ten years for anti-money-laundering data).
