Frequently asked questions
When do I pay the fee?
The fee is due when your property is sold. All arrangements are set out clearly in the brokerage agreement you receive beforehand.
Which certificates do I need to sell?
Among others an EPC, an asbestos certificate (for buildings from before 2001), an electrical inspection and a soil certificate. We request them for you and follow everything up.
How long does a sale take?
It depends on the property and the market. A well-priced home in our area usually finds a buyer within a few weeks to a few months. After the sale agreement, the deed normally follows within four months.
Can I decide not to sell yet?
Of course. After the valuation, you decide. Axel gives honest advice, even if that advice is to wait or renovate first.
