How much rental deposit may I ask?
For residential lettings in Flanders, at most three months' rent. We make sure the deposit is set up correctly.
Do I have to state the common charges?
Yes. Every rental advert must state the rent and the common charges. We include this in every listing.
Can Varihome manage the property afterwards?
Yes. With our management service we handle rent payments, repairs and legal obligations for you, at 10% of the monthly rent excl. VAT.
